Narrative:Ian Shaw seeks revenge against Dominic Toretto and his crew for the death of his brother.

Character: Theses characters Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Lucas Black and Jason Statham are typical of a Hollywood action movie - and the main hero is brave and willing to do anything to make sure that his family is not touched.the cop needs help to catch a criminal and had asked the the once a criminal. There are stereotypical villains - in this case a old white British.

Iconography: There is plenty of iconography typical of the action genre a car chase, gunshots, violence, running and jumping from cars and bridges, explosions. all these are typical of the action genres.

Setting: it has a variate of setting such as American, chain and London and then a glamorous foreign location ( Dubai)  for the rest of the narrative.Within these locations there are clearly action sequences on roads, off bridges and in other settings that suggest action and thriller.

Narrative: All the couples are back for a wedding in Las Vegas, but plans for a romantic weekend go awry when their various misadventures get them into some compromising situations that threaten to derail the big event.

Character: The characters are typical of a Hollywood comedy -Kevin Hart the best man is willing to do anything so they can have the best bachelor party. the groom and his braid requiring saving by the grooms mother because Kevin hart went over bored and they all ended up in prison for the night knowing that they are getting married the next day.

Iconography: There is plenty of iconography typical of the comedy drama genre- romantic scenes funny/comedy emotional and love scenes. All of these are typical of the a romantic comedy genre.this is connection with the narrative, we can say this is a romantic comedy.

Setting: the trailer is only two minutes long it has a American location for the groom to get married and then a glamorous location in the middle of Las Vegas for the rest of the narrative. within the Las Vegas there are drama and comedy scenes which helps us to work out that this is a comedy/drama movie.

the picture shows that it is taken from a high angle/shot.the first picture shows that the victim is being attacked.

he second picture shows us that the victim has fallen to the floor and backing away, so she doesn't get hurt again. first

Genre= the genre for this media text advert is TV. The subgenre bt sports although as you can see Gareth Bale.

Audience=the target audience for BT .the advert would be a large group/world audience this would appeal to mainly sports fan. The 'Known' players at the start give us an idea about the main target audience for this advert, young men it will be 70/30 females up to the age 13-60.   With a younger target audience in mind, this means that they would attract a world audience of younger people . 

Platform=  This advert you can see it on online, TV, you tube but most of the time you will see it on TV but the give a version that is a bit smaller than the full advert.

Genre= the genre for this advert is for travels.  The subgenre is for pilots and advertising the plan and it .the extended length of the film means this is unusual for a TV advert.

Audience= the target audience for British Airways advert is for travels the advert would be a large group audience this would appeal to mainly the tourist, pilots , families, business  men/women .

Platform=    this advert you can see it on TV, you tube , online, on your phone/ tablet .with an older audience TV perhaps be the main devices used to access the advert.

Why did you choose GCSE media? I chose media because my broth did it and he said to me that it is good and it cans open doors for me when I go in to the big world.

Which part of the course are you looking forward to the most? The part that I am looking forward to is the music video.

What knowledge and skills do you like to learn? The skill I would like to know is: photo-shoot, making a video/ short film.

What grade are you realistically hoping to achieve in Media? The grade I am hoping to achieve in media is a-c grade.

What was the last TV programme or film you watched? The last TV programmes I watched is the TNT the basketball final and the big bang theory.

Why do you think that TV programme or film appealed to an audience? The TV programme TNT appealed to the audience because it was the NBA final WEST VS EAST and that is the second best game in the NBA.

What technology have you used to access the media in the last 24 hours? (Radio, TV, phone etc.) The technology I used are: TV, phone and computer.

What device do you use most to access the media? The devices I have used are TV the computer and my phone.

What is the main news story on the BBC News website currently? Why do you think it is the main story? “Suarez handed four-month ban for bite” it is the main story because this happen that the world cup. The question we ask is why did he do it?

What is the main news story on the Guardian website (guardian.co.uk) currently? Why do you think it is the main story? Germans I think this is because it got the most comments on it because it’s in the world cup and now he are going to the knockout part meaning if you lose you are out of the world cup.
